Mozilla has released Firefox 66.0.4, resolving a problem that prevents add-ons from working in the web browser.

Mozilla recognizes that the previous patch released through the system of study did not work for everyone, but strongly discourages the use of suggested workarounds online:
Some users report that they do not have the "study hotfix-update-xpi-signature-intermediate-bug-1548973" active in "about: studies". Rather than using workarounds, which can cause problems later, we strongly recommend that you continue to wait.
