ONGWEDIVA – The Minister of Environment and Tourism, Pohamba Shifeta, said that the establishment of the Endjala Lodge and the Traditional House of the North shows that the tourism sector could transform the lives of rural people. Shifeta made these remarks at the Endjala Lodge and the Traditional House in Okapya in the Oshana area over the weekend.

He said that cultural tourism is often ignored despite the enormous potential that it must contribute to economic growth and development.
