The trial of the double murder Petrus Paai (26 years old) was delayed yesterday at the High Court of Windhoek it appeared that the defense lawyer, Titus Mbaeva, did not feel well.

State claims that Paai approached Hamutenya who was in the company of his girlfriend with an offer to sell zinc plates to them.

By refusing the offer, it is alleged that Paai demanded N $ 100 from Hamutenya who told him to wai

The accused then stabbed the deceased in the neck before taking the l & # 39; Money and fled the scene.

Hamutenya died on the spot because of bleeding from the stab wound
