Keetmanshoop teacher risks canceling bail

A 45-year-old teacher at Suiderlig High School in Keetmanshoop, accused of abducting a 15-year-old girl from grade 9, is likely to be readmitted for violating bail conditions.

Valerie Bock faces five counts of kidnapping and two counts of immoral acts. She had been released on bail during her first court appearance in Keetmanshoop, provided that she did not contact that girl, who is a student at PK de Villiers High School in Keetmanshoop.
