A mother remained furious after discovering that an airline employee had been mocking the name of her five-year-old daughter, both in person and on social media.

Traci Redford, whose girl name is Abcde (pronounced "Ab-city"), explains that a Southwest Airlines gate agent working at John Wayne Airport in Orange County, California, has Is laughed at the girl.
