Facebook Messenger is down in the UK as irritated users report that their message history has been removed

A few hours after the Facebook app was off-line for thousands of Android users in Europe, the Facebook Messenger application seems to not meet the expectations of British users this morning.

Angry users reported that the application had even erased some of their conversations

There are currently 1.3 billion active users on Facebook Messenger. But according to Down Detector website crash, there have been more than 120 reports of problems with the application this morning.

Most users started having problems around 7:45 this morning.

"# Facebook #Messenger ate everything. All my conversations are gone," wrote an unhappy user on Twitter

Other angry users made their feelings known on the site Down Detector

"Messenger did not go this morning, I will not log in now. :(," writes Izabella Ciobanu on the site.

Yesterday, many users could not load the main application of Facebook, and many of them seemed to use Android devices
