Fortnite players on iPhone have just won a huge advantage over their opponents on Android and Nintendo Switch.

Epic Games has optimized the iOS version of Fortnite in his latest fix for 60 fps on the iPhone XS, XS Max and XR, making the game more beautiful than ever.

The most recent Fortnite patch adds option for 60 frames per second under video settings option. This puts the iPhone XS and XR on the same page as the PS4 and the Xbox One.

Some players claim that the higher frame rate makes it easier to accumulate and play because it is easier to see opponents and aim. Personally, I do not know anything about it, but Worship of Mac'S resident Fortnite Expert Killian Bell tells me it's a big problem.

Most people will not buy iPhone XS and XR only for games, especially Fortnite, but it's pretty amazing to see the tiny Apple A12 processor follow the latest consoles.

For the moment, there is no Android device on the market that can read Fortnite at 60 fps. Epic Games told The Verge that he was working on Android optimizations and that he hoped to be able to apply 60 fps to some Android models in the future.
