The last NUTS (Night Under the Stars) concert of the year will take place this Friday, November 30, and will host DJ Kboz and the live band, which is aiming for a bold comeback with "EP 38", which features collaborations with stellar list of musicians .

DJ Kboz emigrated to Namibia in his late teens and pursued a flourishing career in 2000, losing the pace in almost every festival and holiday in the surrounding area.

"I make music because it fascinates me. I know that there is a future for me in this industry, so I'm here to write history and document it, "said DJ Kboz, who, a few years ago, paused to focus on the career of his wife, Sally Boss Madam. He produced the rhythms, she mastered the lyrics and they united to propel her where she is today.

After working with many musicians on the Namibian music scene, DJ Kboz took nine years to produce "EP 38", bringing together artists such as Slickartie, Paradox, KP Illest, Ethnix and Skrypt, all chosen to their merit. for their talent.

"The EP musicians have been carefully selected. Some, like Sally Boss Madam and KP Illest, were chosen because of the talent and adversity of the sector, while Skrypt has a talent that has not been recognized. The artists were chosen because they are talented. A creator sees talent and masters the situation, "said DJ Kboz.

DJ Kboz said the process was magical, as a creative who likes to create with other people and bring their talents to new heights.

"The whole creative process and the way the idea is born is what gives me goose bumps," he said.

The show starts at 19:00 at the Goethe-Institut Namibia, located at 1-5 Fidel Castro Street.
