The question you will answer will appear on your story for the context. For privacy reasons, the photo and your friend's user name will not show up when you share this answer in your story.
The questions sticker is available in the latest version of the Instagram app for Android and iOS. If you do not see the new sticker, head to the Play Store or the App Store and update the application with the latest version.
