Kambonde also encouraged councilors to implement developments to transform the local economy and attract investors to the city.
He commended the council for the regular implementation of other development programs in a short time since Oniipa was proclaimed city in 2015.
"We really did a lot in a short time, given the limited resources," said Kambonde.
