In Internet News Fail, this looks like the Hulu Streaming Service, the Xbox Live Game Service and the so-called "Reddit Internet Cover Page," all experienced blackouts Wednesday afternoon.

Down Detector has logged more than 10,000 reports of a Microsoft Xbox Live console failure and 10,000 more reporting a Hulu crash. The Xbox Live status page confirms that basic services are "limited".

"Our team is working hard to fix Xbox Live access issues by some users," Xbox Live told CNET in a statement sent via email at 3:58 pm. PT.

The Xbox Live page indicates that users are having trouble logging in, searching, creating, managing, or retrieving their accounts. The platforms concerned are the Xbox One, the Xbox 360, the Xbox under Windows 10 and the Xbox on other devices.

"We think we've identified the problem with Xbox Live connection issues for some members," the status page said. "Thank you for your patience as the team works to solve the problem."

Support Hulu tweeted that his service should be operational again after that, "investigated with high priority" and made "some modifications". He told another user that the breakdown was "due to a problem on our side."

"Excuses for the trouble! We lived a problem that may have affected your service. If you turn on the machine now, you should clear it up, "Hulu tweeted to a user at 3:46 pm PT.

Reddit also seemed to have intermittent problems, as the website did not load messages for some people. A notice saying "Sorry, I can not contact Reddit for any reason" is displayed when you try to load the most important publications on Reddit with the help of Chrome and Safari, although the new publications section works when CNET tries to load it.
