Team Kedarnath just add one more song to the playlist. The new song, entitled Jaan & Nisaar, was shared by the film's lead actors, Sara Ali Khan and Sushant Singh Rajput, on social media. Sara and Sushant summed up the essence of the song in these terms: "Thodi is deewangi, thodi si awaargi. Aayi hai in dono mein thodi if narazgi, hai inka ishq. " Jaan & Nisaar begins with a reminder to Mansoor (a Muslim pithu played by Sushant) that Mukku "pandito ki beti hai! Yahaan tumhara kuchh nahi refined the wala"The song reveals that when Mansoor realizes that their love story is a happy ending, he begins to ignore Mukku.

Meanwhile, Mukku seems to be baffled by Mansoor's sudden change of heart and tries to win him back after several attempts. In the blink of an eye, the song also reveals that Mansoor is facing Mukku's father, who is not ready to give up Mansoor at any cost. Mukku also waits in front of Mansoor's house, flooded with rain, until her father drags her away. The song ends with a flash of Kedarnath floods, in which we can see Mansoor trying to save the lives of Mukku and his father.
Composed by Amit Trivedi, the romantic number was sung by Arijit Singh while the credits for the lyrics of the song go to Amitabh Bhattacharya.

Directed by Abhishek Kapoor, Kedarnath marks the debut of Bollywood by Sara Ali Khan. The long awaited film is a powerful love story set against the backdrop of the devastating Kedarnath floods in 2013. Kedarnath should come out on the screens on December 7, just three weeks after which, Sara's second movie about Bollywood Simmba arrives in the theaters.
