A politician from San Francisco wants to remove "Zuckerberg" from the name of San Francisco General Hospital.

San Francisco supervisor Aaron Peskin wants the name of Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg removed from the hospital. Zuckerberg donated $ 75 million.

"It may not be normal for this city to put a price tag on branding institutions and spaces that fundamentally belong to the citizens of this city," Peskin said.
Earlier this year, nurses protested the removal of the name of Facebook's general manager from Zuckerberg's San Francisco General Hospital, fearing that patients would associate the hospital with the Cambridge Analytica scandal.
Facebook did not immediately respond to a request for comment.
