Upping The Browser Game
July 18, 2018
By Karan BajajStill stuck with the browser that came with your Android smartphone? You'll miss it, because you can add speed, tabs, auto-blocking ads, trackers, background loading, better play modes, and more by installing these free apps. she
Flynx
July 18, 2018
Modern smartphones are designed for multitasking, but the varied content we access sometimes makes it more difficult. Flynx helps you focus on content by using background tabs. Here's how it works: Suppose you read an article and click on a link. Flynx will start loading this and you will see a floating bubble. Tap the balloon to see the webpage at any time. You can do this from any other application that is running (you must set Flynx as the default browser for this function). It has a fast play feature that removes unnecessary ads and images to help you focus on reading text. You can also save articles for later reading, as well as the ability to sync web content through your Google Account across multiple devices.
habit

This one is for those who like to personalize every aspect of their phone. You can configure each item in this browser, starting with the appearance. You can choose the location, the size as well as the font size of individual items, including menu, scroll bar, tab list, progress bar, and so on. URL templates are another feature that you can enjoy. For example, you can configure Habit to open the links of certain applications (Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Google Maps) in these applications themselves (instead of a separate browser window). The interface is clean and offers a customizable quick dial option for faster access to your favorites. Another useful customization is the ability to set actions (save tabs, kill processes, clear passwords, clear history) each time you exit the browser.
Lynket

If you click on a link in an application, it will open in your default browser. You must return to the application you used once you have finished reading. Lynket aims to simplify things by providing a full-screen browser window within any application that is running. This means that you can navigate without leaving the original application. When you want to go back, simply press the close button to return to the original application you were using. Lynket works with your existing browser. You must therefore choose to use the browsers Chrome, Firefox, Brave or Samsung to display the pages. You can choose to merge tabs and apps in the screen of recent apps to make it easier to access. What we liked the most is the ability to configure Lynket's behavior with individual applications: you can choose to use a private browsing mode or a secondary browser mode for the applications of your choice.
Via
July 18, 2018
With a download size of 812 KB, Via is one of the lightest browsers in the Play Store. This makes it ideal for entry-level smartphones with low storage space. However, do not assume that it skips a feature just because it is a small download. You get a night mode, privacy protection, resource sniffer, ad blocker, built-in converter, desktop mode and data saver. In addition to all this, the browser blazes quickly by opening web pages and that too without annoying ads. It has a streamlined interface allowing more viewing space (the navigation buttons are at the bottom of the screen). Unlike other browsers, this one will not send you irritating push notifications.
