The Utilities Sector recorded 4,226 promotions in 2016 and 2017 representing a 360% increase in the number of promotions registered during the previous corresponding review period.

In addition, the sector reported having trained 11,261 employees nationwide, representing an increase of 191% over the previous review period, the report said.
Women accounted for 57% of trained employees and only 0.6% of trained public servants were persons with disabilities, while 1% were previously racially favored.
