Yakuza 0 reviews: A charming, colorful and engaging PC masterpiece

Yakuza 0, the favorite Japanese role-playing game (JRPG) of the year 2017 fans, arrives on the PC platform on August 1st, and there is a staggering amount of content there. Although the fighting system seems a little dated, fighting enemies is only a small part of what you will do in Yakuza 0.

Dive Into Criminal Underworld [19659004] In Yakuza 0, you play as two characters: the protagonist of the Kazuma Kiryu franchise, and the long-time series character Goro Majima. Everyone participates in dangerous criminal conspiracies during the course of history, and the excellent quality of writing and voice makes the story is quality. That's the type of story that will make you say just one more mission at three in the morning

If you manage to divert your attention from writing, a Ocean of activities awaits you. The game, the pool, the batting cages, and all the rest are things you can enjoy. In addition, the Yakuza 0 cityscapes are fully open to exploration, and there are loads of shops and clubs that you can enter and experiment with. If you fancy quests, there are 100 different types of side missions available.

When it comes time to fight enemies, you will have to face the pain with melee attacks. By default, you will use your fists, although portable weapons and small vehicles found around the world can also be used. When fighting multiple enemies, you will be forced to dodge and counter-attack, turning fights into a deadly game of timing and positioning; play well, and be rewarded with the ability to perform incredibly brutal finish attacks.

The combat system is good overall, but the transitions between animations are pretty steep and slow. This makes the scrum engagements rather clumsy, at least compared to titles like Shadow of War.

Bright Lights, Great City

Since the creation of Yakuza 0 in 1988 Japan, the game is defined by its colorful neon urban landscapes and intense music tracks. In this respect, Yakuza 0 is a virtual assault of the senses; there is a great deal of dynamism and energy in the game world, and just when you think you have invested everything, you will discover a new location with its own unique qualities.

In terms of graphics quality, Yakuza 0 fantastic on PC, especially if you have a platform that can support 4K resolution. Unlike many other titles, pushing the number of pixels at this level has no effect on the framerate. Regardless of the resolution chosen, Yakuza 0 remains stuck at 60 frames per second (FPS).
