The Health Inspection and Youth Inspection (IGJ i.o.) issued an order to the 0900Dentist Dental Practice in Amsterdam. Serious Failures
During a visit on June 27 and 29, the Inspection found serious deficiencies in the areas of infection prevention, radiology, care (records management), organization and delegation of tasks. 19659004] These deficiencies are so serious that the safety or health of patients is at risk. IGJ publishes a dental office 0900Dentiste. This means that the dental office is not allowed to provide care until, according to IGJ, good care can be given again. The order has a validity of 7 days. The Minister of Health, Welfare and Sport may still extend this period
