Attacks on physical integrity
The court denounces the old orthodontist that he has infringed on the physical integrity of his patients. In the meantime, the man was removed from the register by the Disciplinary Tribunal and he is no longer allowed to call himself an Orthodontist.
An older brother of the orthodontist was also sentenced last year after being committed to patients. He was a dentist in Deventer. This man received 180 hours of community service and a two-month suspended sentence.
