"Commander of the fire department with death threatened by his own staff"

The commander of the Amsterdam fire brigade Leen Schaap was threatened with death by his own staff, reports AD . The public prosecutor (OM) confirms that he is investigating threats to Schaap's address, but can not say by whom the commander is threatened and in what way. Nobody was arrested according to a spokesman.

AD writes that among firefighters a collection action was taken to drive Schaap to death. Members of a motorcycle gang also reportedly threatened the commander.
