Remy Lion, who was found in a pasture, grows like cabbage

Remy now lives with Stichting Leeuw at Anna Paulowna. On Facebook, the foundation declares: "It grows like a cabbage, it is stubborn and playful."

Get used to the environment

On Hoenderdaell Estate, where Leo is, you can also observe the lions. But that does not apply to Rémy for the moment. "Obviously, Remy needs to get used to his new environment after the move, so it may take a few more weeks before he can see outside.

We do not know where Remy is finally going. The foundation has already brought several lions to Africa, where they stay in an area where they are kept and fed. "This lion will certainly be considered in the future," said the foundation about Remy.

Remy was found by a runner in early October. He was on a bench that stood in a meadow. It is estimated that Remy was then about four months old.
