MIDDELBURG / ROSENDAAL – The 47-year-old man from Roosendaal, arrived in Middelburg in October, father and son, appealed his conviction. That's what Omroep Zeeland reports. On Monday, he was sentenced to three years in prison. He also received a five-year driving license. The penalty is three times higher than the Attorney General's request.
The court accuses the man of having reckless driving behavior. The Roosendaler can not accept this and therefore appeal. His lawyer told Omroep Zeeland that it could take months before the appeal is heard.
