REGION – I'm calling Suzanne Holstvoogd, I'm 45 years old and I'm a mother of 3 children. I have suffered for 28 years from the terrible disease of Meniére. It is a balance disorder, in which dizziness, ringing of the ear and instability determine all my life.
It started in my left ear and now also in my right ear. In recent years, I am still unstable because my brain still wants to correct my balance, but it does not work and life with this disease is daily.
Not only dizziness but also tinnitus make my days more and more difficult and I have less and less desire in life. My hearing also decreases further (loss of 40 dl in both ears), so that I can not converse with several people at the same time.
Every day I get up, I'm already tired, because vertigo costs so much preferably after an hour wants to go to my bed again. My life is so influenced by this disease that I often do not know what to do.

In the meantime, the doctors of otolaryngology had already operated on patients, but the results obtained by the operated patients are very positive. They can finally live again and they are no longer lived by this terrible monster called "Meniére".
I have been suffering from this disease for 28 years now and have been sick for a while and do not even know what it looks like. just to feel good.
I would have liked to work and live without this disease and love to do beautiful things with my children and my grandchildren.
This has not worked so far.
Now get I have the chance to be also operated on by an ENT doctor alone, I have to pay the costs myself and, because I have a low WAO benefit for 28 years, I can not pay for it myself. I'm happy to be able to cope with the little that I have.
That's why I'm asking for your help to be able to be operated on and finally live without this terrible disease. I will be eternally grateful to you and finally know what it means to be dizzy and live like healthy people.
More attacks of vertigo, I can only dream and I have been doing it for so long. Now, my dream can come true and I would like to ask you to help me with that.
