Vicki Taylor-Blair of Dunedin won the Mataura Award for Excellence in Licensing at the Hokonui Fashion Design Awards in Gore on Saturday evening

Taylor-Blair's entry into the Open Nightlife section was made of white denim and cotton lace, a combination that she described as "unconventional for a nighttime entry."
