Keith Urban offers advice to Demi Lovato following her own addictive battle

Urban also touched the way which he reflected on at that moment after becoming sober. "At the beginning of my sobriety, there was a time when I wished I had not succumbed to drugs and everything I did," he shared. "It was so creative that I should have worked in the studio. But I do not know what comes from that time, except that I'm where I am. Because of, or despite, no one knows it and will never want it.

Lovato was hospitalized on Tuesday after suffering from a drug overdose, several sources say to ET.
