On July 16 the boyfriend of Real Housewives of Beverly Hills shared a tip for something that people fight with (especially when there is cake). "Portions are where most of us are wrong," she writes. "The hand test is a good test." She then showed a picture of her lunch – a healthy mix of brown rice, vegetables and avocado – with her hand laid out next to it. Lo and behold, his meal was perfectly in his hand. She also shared some healthy eating tips, below.
