LORDE was forced to interrupt her play and leave the scene after a poor functioning of the wardrobe threatened to unveil a little too much pop star at Splendor in the Grass

Taking off his jacket and showing the crowd his bare back, Lorde laughed, explaining that his "shirt became disconnected from my body."

Leaving the scene for several minutes, the crowd embarked on an interpretation of Hey Baby (by DJ Otzi) and applauded when Lorde returned to the stage.

During her Splendor set, Lorde paid tribute to the Australian rock band Powderfinger, covering their song My Happiness.
