The New York Youth Choir named "Choir of the World" at the Kathaumixw International Competition

The New York Youth Choir (YPC), led by Associate Artistic Director Elizabeth Núñez, was named "World Choir" after two wins in the "Children & #" categories. 39; s Choir "and" Contemporary Choral Music "at the 18th Choral Kathaumixw International Festival and Competition in Powell River, British Columbia, Canada, July 3-7, 2018. The International Choral Kathaumixw is a 5-day choral festival featuring concerts, folk songs, choral and vocal solos, leaders' seminars and more. Orchestra and social events.
