Demand for the only New Zealand concert of American rapper Eminem saw the Ticketek website stop on Friday morning.
Delays of up to half an hour were recorded by eager punters who wanted to buy tickets for the March 2 performance in Wellington.
A Ticketek spokesman did not want to say how many presale tickets had been made available, but he said that there had been a "high volume" of sales.

Eminem's only other New Zealand show took place at Western Springs, Auckland, for the 2014 Rapture Tour, the stadium's best-selling show and the biggest audience seen since the 1980s.
A few minutes after the tickets went on sale, the Viagogo secondary ticketing site was worth AU $ 247 each (NZD 268), a 15% markup on the most expensive option available on Ticketek.
The remaining tickets will be released on Tuesday, October 23 at 10am.
