JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – The Jacksonville Jaguars introduced Nick Foles as a new quarterback to their franchise on Thursday afternoon.

"This is going to be special," Foles said while he was addressing the media.

The quarterback, who led the Philadelphia Eagles to a Super Bowl victory over the New England Patriots in 2018, said the fact that Jaguars believe in him means a lot.

"It's a special moment in my career and in my life to make people believe in a franchise, I've learned so much about who I am as a player and so I'm going to be myself," he said. declared Foles.

Tom Coughlin, executive vice president of Jaguars football operations, called Foles' signing a "good day" for the team.
