Nintendo Switch Bundle in stock on Black Friday? How to check out Best Buy, Amazon, and Walmart

New Nintendo Switch The Mario Kart Black Friday Pack is as hard to get as the Xbox Series X and PS5 – and it has only been available for a few days. We are keeping our eyes on sales from major retailers and will update this page if we see an offer becoming available.

Check the links here to see if the lot is in stock with major suppliers. But be forewarned: If you spot it, you’ll want to act quickly – for example, Walmart’s online “availability window” for this set sold out in less than a minute on Wednesday.

Here’s what you get in the box with the new $ 299 Switch Pack:

In other words, you get the same great hardware that can hook up to a TV or play in your hands, along with a few free games. Even if you’re new to the Switch, you can grab a Joy-Controller Con and hop into a kart race right out of the box. Then, since much of the Switch library is digital, you can download a digital version of any game your heart desires.

In addition to Walmart, the bundle became “available” at most major retailers – Amazon, Target, Best Buy, and GameStop – on Sunday, November 22. But it immediately went out of stock everywhere (at least online), and likely will continue to be. (We say it’s “out of stock” if you can’t get it for the normal price of $ 299; there are plenty of third-party resellers happy to sell it to you for hundreds more.) To this end , we also keep tabs on inventory on the “regular” Nintendo Switch – exact same hardware, but no bundled digital codes. And keep in mind that Walmart and others are now offering some of the biggest Switch games for $ 15 to $ 30, so that you can create your own gift box.

We will continue to update this story as the inventory changes.

As mentioned above, Walmart has committed to restocking this set Wednesday night before Thanksgiving, followed shortly by restockings for PS5 and Xbox. However, these sold out almost instantly (as you can guess) and no further promises were made.

Best Buy had the bundle on Sunday morning, but it immediately went out of stock.

Amazon finally has a product page for the bundle, but it currently sells third-party resellers charging outrageous premiums.

GameStop has a product page for the bundle, but we didn’t see it in stock there.

Yes, Target has a page for that as well. You may have better luck with the curbside pickup if your local store has it in stock.

Nintendo Switch consoles (not the Black Friday pack)

These come with the same Switch hardware, but without the numeric codes provided in the above versions. The Switch is available with red and blue controllers, gray controllers, or in an Animal Crossing edition (a game-based design, but without this title included).

What’s the right price for the Switch?

The Mario Kart bundle is the best deal on the Switch. Otherwise, you should consider yourself lucky if you find it at its normal price of $ 299. With bundles and used consoles selling for $ 400 or more, paying “only” the suggested retail price is a win over this product. The Switch Lite costs $ 199, but that model can’t be connected to a TV for big screen gaming.
