3:10 PM update: A more positive forecast is observed in southern Jersey.
A day launch of Northrop Grumman's Antares rocket will take place Wednesday in Virginia. Some parts of the state will see the rocket fly into the atmosphere, while others will have their heads stuck in the clouds.
The launch will take place from the NASA Wallops Flight Facility on the east coast of Virginia. The launch should take place at 16:46. Traveling thousands of kilometers to the time and heading to the International Space Station, much of the center of the Atlantic will have the opportunity to spot the Cygnus cargo ship.

Cloud cover swallowed much of southern Jersey Wednesday as planned. The region is just sitting north of a cold front, which is responsible for the front. The clouds were largely confined to the southern half of the state. Monmouth, Mercer and North Ocean County have seen a lot of sun.

According to NASA, those south of Dennis Township and Sea Isle City could see the rocket 30 to 60 seconds after launch. Those north of this line to the vicinity of the White Horse Pike will have the opportunity 60 to 90 seconds later. Those further north will have 90 to 120 seconds after takeoff to see the spacecraft.
South Jersey will be able to see the Antares rocket in space between 30 and 120 seconds after launch between 16:46 and 16:00. at 16:51 Look to the southeast sky for launch.
