No more COVID vaccine appointments in Riverside County available Thursday at noon

Riverside County has opened more appointments for the COVID vaccine.

Registration will be available Thursday (January 21) at noon for six upcoming COVID-19 vaccination clinics in Lake Elsinore, Perris and Indio.

You can register on ruhealth.org/covid-19-vaccine. If you or someone you know needs further assistance, you can call the county hotline at 2-1-1.

NEW CLINICS:

  • January 22 and 23
    • Diamond Stadium located at 500 Diamond Drive, Lake Elsinore, CA
    • The January 22 clinic is reserved for people 65 and over (appointment always required)
  • January 23 and 24
    • Indio Fairgrounds in the Fullenwider Auditorium located at 46350 Arabia Street, Indio
  • January 24 and 25
    • Perris Fairgrounds, 18700 Lake Perris Drive, Perris
    • The January 25 clinic is reserved for people 65 and over (appointment always required)

All clinics will operate from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

In Riverside County, people 65 and older can get the coronavirus vaccine, as well as adults of all ages if they work in education, law enforcement, food, and health. agriculture and emergency services.

This group constitutes phase 1B as part of the county’s vaccine distribution. People of all levels in phase 1A can also be vaccinated.

  • For employees in Phase 1A and 1B – Level 1, an appointment and workplace employee badge / letter are required or you will not be vaccinated
  • For those aged 65 and over, an appointment and ID are required.

The clinics will provide vaccines free of charge but information on medical insurance will be requested.
