Three people were shot in the Vivalla district of Örebro on Tuesday night. Two of them were rushed to hospital with serious injuries while the third suffered minor injuries. The two seriously injured were subsequently confirmed dead.
Police investigated the case as two murders and one attempted murder. A man is arrested on suspicion of having killed, said prosecutor Sara Hajslund Hansen
All three were shot dead by police and one of them should have been involved in a former conflict gangs in the region, reports broadcaster SVT.
Wednesday morning was the place where the shooting was still deserted. Police knocked on doors in the area and questioned witnesses. The police also had a guard at the hospital where all three were hospitalized
– Due to the firing solution, we will ensure that hospital staff can work peacefully without inconvenience. Our presence is only preventative, said journalist Christina Hallin, in the Bergslagen Police District.
