At least 14 people are confirmed dead after a heavy truck lost control of a highway in China's Gansu province Saturday night and took the wheel of 31 cars.
Chinese authorities said the uncontrollable vehicle broke into a car lining up at a roundabout at an exit. The accident occurred according to CNN in Lanzhou City.
The cause of the accident is unknown.
Last week, 15 people lost their lives in a bus accident. The driver crossed a bridge over the Yangtze River in Chongqing City. Surveillance videos then showed that the driver and one of the bus passengers had discussed before the accident before the bus suddenly cut the opposite lane to leave the bridge.
