The negotiators reached an agreement in principle covering all aspects of future trade in services, according to the Times, sources from the British government.

Unification indicates that the EU will continue to guarantee UK financial companies continued access to European markets as long as the UK regulates the financial sector so that UK and European rules are generally equivalent.

Unanimity will be part of a joint political declaration on the framework for future relations between the EU and the UK. This will not be binding, but will cast the bargaining process for a new trade agreement after brexit.

British Prime Minister Theresa May recently said that 95% of the divorce agreement with the EU was now ready.

Brex Prime Minister Dominic Raab wrote a letter to Parliament 's Brexite Commission last week in which he assumed that the agreement could be signed by 21 November.

The precondition is that the EU and the UK can agree on solutions for the border between Ireland and Northern Ireland. Here, dealers have been stuck for months.

The UK must leave the EU on March 29 at midnight Norwegian time.
