NYC will accept Google Pay on some subway and bus lines

[ad_1]

Once the pilot project is launched, you can use Google Pay to board all Staten Island buses and subway stations along lines 4-5-6 from Grand Central to Atlantic Avenue-Barclays Center. As this is a pilot project and its availability is limited, Maps will also deploy a feature that will tell you which routes accept Google Pay in the coming weeks.

A new feature of the wizard that can show you the real-time transit updates is however unfolding today. When you ask assistants such as "Hey Google, when the next 4 trains arrive" via your phone, a smart speaker or smart display, you'll get ETAs and even a walking route.
