ORANGE COUNTY, Fla .– The Orange County Sheriff’s Office recovered the body of a missing jet skier on Friday evening.

9:10 p.m. update:

Orange County deputies identified the victim as 26-year-old Alejandro Sanchez.

Update at 2 p.m .:

MPs announced that the body of the missing man was found around 11:01 am by the RD Keene Park dive team.

Officials said no foul play was suspected in the man’s death.

Orange County MPs continue to investigate the incident.

The Orange County Sheriff’s Office, along with the Orange County Fire Department, are looking for a missing jet skier.

MPs responded at 10900 Chase Road with reference to a boating accident around 7 p.m. Friday night.

According to lawmakers, the victim, a man in his 20s, was jet skiing with a friend when he fell and did not resurface.

Orange County firefighters deployed a dive team to search for the victim, but did not locate him.

Dive crews were back in Lake Palmer on Saturday to resume the search, which was halted Friday evening due to lack of light.
