Overwatch unveiled the new trailer for the upcoming Storm Rising event on Monday, April 15th, and presents new details about the 2019 Archives event.

Storm Rising is the third event in the Overwatch archive and players will again have a new PvE mission for this year's event.

The main mode of Storm Rising will include Tracer, Genji, Mercy and Winston in search of Doomfist's accountant Omnic, Maximilian, about what could be a new map in Cuba.

Yes, it's tracing on a hoverbike.

What's in the new teaser?

The trailer opens on a soliloquy of Maximilian before going directly to the action of the PvE mission.

It seems that Overwatch will again be confronted with different types of Talon Troopers, including the famous Heavy Trooper.

There was also a fascinating shot of Tracer on a hovering bike, something that would be very very different for Overwatch to include during the mission.

Players seem excited about the opportunity to play as a Tracer on a stationary bike during the mission, but some thought it would only be in cinematics. At the time of writing these lines, we do not know exactly how the Tracer bike will fit into the mission.

What do we know about Storm Rising up to now?

Up to now, Overwatch has revealed that eight out of nine new skins would participate in the event. Only Ashe and B.O.B remained to get a new skin, based on a leak of April 10.

There has been no news on a new map, but a brand new Cuban location has been announced in all the teasers and skin unveiled until now.

The Storm Rising Archives event of Overwatch begins on Tuesday, April 16th. Any news on Ashe's skin or on a new map should therefore happen.
