Patch 1.2 of Assassin's Creed Odyssey is available today, the next DLC is dated

Patch 1.2 for Assassin's Creed Odyssey live today on all platforms. The patch contains fixes, enhancements, and support for the upcoming DLC ​​of The Fate of Atlantis.

The first episode of The Fate of Atlantis, entitled Fields of Elysium, will be released on April 23. As such, the fix adds a "support in the game" for Fields of Elysium. The Fate of Atlantis will ask players to unravel the mysteries of the lost city of Atlantis and oppose them to mythical creatures. Each episode will air approximately six weeks apart. So you can expect the next episode between the beginning and the middle of June.

Patch 1.2 also adds support for the upcoming tales of Greece lost. The release notes do not detail the content of the new episodes of Lost Tales of Greece. If you are new to Assassin's Creed Odyssey, Lost Tales of Greece are essentially free download episodes that are periodically added to the game. You can now also find them more easily in the quest log with the added highlight.

In terms of playability, Ubisoft added custom hardware shipments to Assassin's Creed Odyssey. This should be good news for players who like to change weapon style on the fly. Transfers can be purchased directly from the Inventory menu and will be purchased using the game's currency. It looks like you'll have access to up to five different shipments.

Assassin's Creed Odyssey Patch 1.2 also contains a host of bugfixes and minor improvements to the quality of life. Problems such as players stranded at certain locations, the inability to improve some weapons and NPCs dying suddenly at the end of the quest have all been fixed.
