The Pennsylvania State Department has certified the presidential election results in favor of President-elect Joe Biden and Vice-President-elect Kamala Harris, Governor Tom Wolf said on Tuesday.
“Today, @PAStateDept certified the results of the November 3 election in Pennsylvania for the post of President and Vice President of the United States,” Wolf tweeted. “As required by federal law, I signed the certificate of determination for the voters list for Joe Biden and Kamala Harris.”
“Once again, I want to thank the election officials who administered fair and free elections during an incredibly difficult time in our Commonwealth and the history of our country,” he continued. “Our election workers were constantly attacked and they behaved admirably and honorably.”
In a statement Tuesday, Biden for Chairman Senior Advisor Bob Bauer said that “it’s obvious to everyone except Donald Trump, Rudy Giuliani and Jenna Ellis that this election is over and Joe Biden has won a victory. resounding “.

The certification comes as President Trump’s campaign appeals a federal judge’s rejection of his campaign’s efforts to block certification of votes in Pennsylvania.
