The ECSC will organize a trap shooting
The East Chain Sportsman’s Club trap shooting will take place at 12:00 p.m. – ??? Sunday at the club grounds, half a mile north of East Chain. Practice round, 16YD., 25YD., Oakleys and Boondocks. The grill is on all day. For more information, call Moby at (507) 236-4189.
CRETE “Lunch and learn” event in Sherburn
CREST will organize a “Lunch and learn” 11am Wednesday event, at the Senior Citizens Center, located at 21 East 1st Street, Sherburn. Please note the date change. This month’s program will be “Friends of dementia”. A meal of King chicken, salad and apple dessert will be served following the program. This event is open to anyone in Martin County and there is no charge to attend.
Martin County Library, Fairmont, new hours
As of September 7, the new Fairmont Library hours of operation are as follows:
Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays from 9 am to 8 pm; Tuesdays and Fridays from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
