"Business Leadership for a Modern Peru" will be the slogan of the 56th Annual Leadership Conference – CADE 2018, the most important business forum in Peru, which will start on Wednesday 28 in Paracas at a recovery of the economy, but with constant clashes between the powers of the state.

According to Gonzalo Aguirre, president of CADE Ejecutivos 2018, the business forum organized by the Peruvian Institute of Business Action (IPAE) will address a program on three themes: business integrity, sustainability and competitiveness.

During these three days of forum, leaders, professional organizations, experts, analysts and public sector representativeswill discuss, discuss issues of the national agenda and the problems that Peru is facing, and finally generate proposals for a solution.

CADE 2018 will start at 16:00 in Paracas with the ribbon cutting of Gonzalo Aguirre, president of the fifty-sixth edition of the business forum. Integrity

The session will be led by Augusto Townsend, founder of the Reading Committee, and as participants in Roque Benavides, President of Confiep; Oscar Espinosa, president of Ferreycorp; and Adriana Giudice, Executive Director of Austral Group.

Global transformation

And at 18:30 the last session of the day is called "The challenges of global transformation", which will discuss the challenges and opportunities that global transformation poses for middle-income countries such as Peru.

Oscar Caipo, Managing Partner of KPMG in Peru, will be the only participant Thomas Friedman, journalist and writer of the "New York Times".
