According to a statement by General Archives of the NationOn November 20, the information collected was sent to the Attorney General of the Ministry of Culture to follow up the investigation.
According to the authorities, the complaint was forwarded to the Tax Police Directorate of the Crimes against Cultural Heritage Division of the nation. In addition, says the release, takes administrative and legal measures for the recovery of the document.
Finally, the Department of Rehabilitation of the Ministry of Culture has issued an alert informing all institutions against the illicit trafficking of cultural property, such as the Sunat, the prosecutor's office, among others, on this subject.
