The Ministry of Transport and Communications (MTC) informed that he had started the process of canceling the driver's license of Manuel Liendo Rázuri after he learned that he had revalidated the suspended license in September.
In a statement, the MTC reported that Liendo Razuri had been presented in a medical center of Chiclayo an affidavit in which he recorded data "that is not true" in order to conduct the medical and psychological re-examination required by the industry to recover his license.
He stated that the prisoner had entered his address in the aforementioned city, in accordance with the law of simplification of the home certification. However, after approving the review, the Ministry suspended the suspension of its driver's license.
He recalled that last October 29, Manuel Liendo Rázuri submitted the application for revalidation of the license in Lima, a city listed in its National Identity Card (DNI), which shows that what is written in the affidavit is not true.
For this reason, the MTC has begun the process of definitive nullity of the driving license of Liendo Rázuri, to whom the measure was notified, giving him a period of five days to submit his waivers.
