"We are only putting an end to outpatient consultations, emergency surgeries are guaranteed and other attentions will be reprogrammed for the next 72 hours," he added during a dialogue with Canal N.

The national strike accepted by grouped doctors of minsa, about 2,000 doctors belong to the National Penitentiary Institute (INPE), the armed forces and other institutions.

Salazar Oré explained that at 10 am the doctors will move to the front of the headquarters of the minsa, when a delegation expects to meet the relevant authorities to respond to their requests.
