MTC initiated proceedings for the cancellation of Manuel Liendo Rázuri's driving license

The Ministry of Transport and Communications (MTC) initiated the procedure for the cancellation of the driving license of Manuel Liendo Rázuri, after learning that he had revalidated the license suspended last September for organizing a violent incident on an avenue of San Isidro.

MTC informed that Liendo Razuri presented to a medical center in Chiclayo a sworn statement in which he had recorded data that did not correspond to the reality, to perform the medical and psychological re-examination required by the MTC to recover his license.

The state entity indicated that the sanctioned had registered his home in the aforementioned city, under the law of simplification of home certification.

After approving the review, the Ministry stopped the suspension of its driver's license. However, on October 29, Manuel Liendo Rázuri submitted the application for revalidation of the license in Lima, which appears in its National Identity Document (DNI), which shows that what is written in the affidavit is not true.

For this reason, the MTC has initiated the procedure of final invalidity of the driving license of Liendo Rázuri, to whom the media was notified, giving him a period of five days to submit his disclaimers.

Last September, Liendo Rázuri threatened a driver with a gun in a traffic accident on Javier Prado Avenue. The fact was recorded on video by the injured and viralised on the social networks. In addition to rejection of citizenship, the man was punished for temporary suspension of your license October 1 and the cancellation of his firearms license.
