You will not be able to leave the country. The judiciary has declared the obligation to leave the country against Mark Vito Villanella, husband of Keiko Fujimori, for a period of 36 months, within the framework of the investigation into the commission of the money laundering crime.
Keiko Fujimori's lawyer, Giulliana Loza, wrote on her official Twitter account about the measure she considers arbitrary.
"We have just been informed of this arbitrary decision that we will appeal.Once again, an injustice is committed against the Fujimori family," said the lawyer.
The Office of the Prosecutor opened a preliminary investigation into Mark Vito Villanella for alleged irregular contributions and his participation in the 2011 Fuerza campaign.
It also takes into account the acquisitions of real estate in Chilca, south of Lima, for which he paid more than 600,000 soles.
