The plans were announced through a blog post Periscope and a tweet that says that everyone should feel safe watching live video.
Currently, the policy of moderating comments in Periscope involves group moderation.
In other words, when a viewer reports a comment as "abusive", "spam" or select "other reason", Periscope's software will randomly select a few other users for the purpose. analyze and decide if the comment is really inappropriate or it is not an email
Only if the majority of randomly selected voters agree that the comment is spam or abusive, the commentator is suspended.
