The Carry All looks a lot like the upcoming Chevy Blazer

To preview the brand’s future styling direction, Chevrolet has recently revealed the FNR Carry All concept at the Guangzhou International Automobile Exhibition in China. Should the name be familiar, that’s because it pays homage to the 1935 Chevy Suburban Carryall, essentially the brand’s spiritual successor to their modern SUV.

Going back to the concept, the FNR Carry All takes on aggressive styling cues which appear to be inspired from the current generation Camaro. This can especially be seen in the concept SUV’s front fascia with its slim and sharp headlights coupled with a large vented hood. More so, the design of the grill is also reminiscent of Chevy’s famous muscle car. There’s even an RS badge to complete the look.

Future Chervolet SUVs will look like a big Camaro

There are also sporty bits which can be found throughout the rest of the vehicle. For starters, there are large Brembo brakes with carbon ceramic rotors hidden behind the 22-inch wheels. There’s also a carbon roof and aggressive side mirrors. For the time being we only get to see the front and side profile, as Chevrolet has not released any rear shots of the concept SUV just yet.

The FNR Carry All measures in at 5,000mm long and has a wheelbase of 2,867mm. Inside, the concept SUV seats 6 and is said to also be inspired from the Camaro’s interior. There’s also a 12-inch full LCD dashboard with a 10-inch touchscreen infotainment system at the center. No interior photos have been provided though.

Curiously, the FNR Carry All looks similar to the upcoming Chevrolet Blazer. The two appear to share the same front fascia, body lines and even the upward sweeping rear pillar. That said, it is possible that the FNR Carry All could be the export model Blazer.

As of writing, Chevrolet has not revealed any information regarding the FNR Carry All’s powertrain. However, it’s near identical sibling, the Blazer, is powered by either a 2.5-liter four cylinder engine or a 3.6-liter V6 which outputs 308 PS and 365 Nm.
