How to cash in and score late in the game have affected Reading FC this season

Play could be two places and three points better in the league table without the goals conceded in injury time in the second half this season.

Without these lost points, Reading would have 20 points, which, as a table, would raise them a few places in 18th place, tied with Sheffield Wednesday.

Reading scored a point because of a late goal.

Sam Baldock's 93rd-minute penalty allowed the Royals to save a point against Aston Villa on Saturday, August 25, in a draw (1-1) at Villa Park.

Reading also scored a late goal by Yakou Meite against Birmingham City on Tuesday, Oct. 23, but that did not change the result.
